Avocado and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Do not attack me breakfast sandwiches in the morning, I am very hungry (more than myself always hungry?) After one minute of being contained on one in my life, so I thought it was just appropriate to treat this wicked boy whip breakfast excited after training today!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado, smashed
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices sprouted whole wheat bread
  • Handful of micro greens

METHOD

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Break the eggs in the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until it becomes crispy and cooked.

Step 2
Divide the mashed avocado on a slice of bread. Add the dish with tomato slices, eggs, vegetables and second sandwich.
