A great way to refuel on a busy day of work or walking, this sandwich balances the richness of croissants with tasty eggs and bacon of course. Egg provides a variety of vitamins and minerals to help your body work optimally.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 strip Bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 croissant
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the bacon into halves and cook the bacon until the medium is crispy (as desired) over medium heat in a covered skillet.
- Make the egg easy with a liquid yolk as follows:
- Place a 6-inch separate skillet on medium-fat coconut oil and melt (or bacon as desired)
- Carefully break the eggs in the pan so as not to break the egg yolks.
- Add a tablespoon of water to the pan and cover.
- Cook until the egg whites become very stable, and the yolk must be liquid.
- Cut the croissant and toast it lightly.
- Collect the croissant by placing each half open on the plate.
- Bacon layer strips half on the bottom of the croissant.
- Place the boiled eggs carefully on the bacon. Top with excellent croissant.
- Serve the dish with a knife and fork or eat by hand on a plate to catch droplets.
