Easy Skinny Strawberry Oatmeal Bars is an easy and simple recipe in one bowl and a mixer for healthy candy, a snack for children or a breakfast during use! Since oatmeal is always a good choice for breakfast, you can try oatmeal.

- 2–3 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 7 Tablespoons light brown sugar
- 7 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
- dash of salt
For the glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon milk (or more )
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 ° F Place the rack in the middle position. Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and leave the sides hanging.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, oatmeal and flour in a bowl. Add dissolved coconut oil and vanilla and stir. The mixture should be moist and equal. Save about half a cup of the mixture and then press the remaining mixture at the bottom of the pan.
- Distribute half the strawberries, sprinkle with corn flour, lemon juice and sugar. Distribute the remaining strawberries and sprinkle with the remaining oatmeal mixture.

- Cool completely before serving.
- To make the glaze, beat the glaze components smoothly. For more consistency, add more sugar powder or add more milk if you want to loosen the ice. Spray over rails and serve.
