Dessert Healthy Granola Cookie Dough Bars. Crispy cakes paste really good for you! These mousses are healthy and treated cool with a decadent taste, but naturally sweetened and made from real food ingredients.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough Base
- 1 (15oz) can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate or cacao chips
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Granola Top
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Drain hummus and rinse with water
- Mix the chickpeas, almond butter, pure maple syrup and vanilla extract in the food processor.
- Fold in small chocolate chips
- Cover the bottom of the 8 x 8 inch baking dish with baking paper and spread the cake mixture evenly in the bottom of the pan. Place the dish in the freezer and let it cool for 10 minutes
- Add cashews, almonds, coconut flakes and honey to a food processor (clean). Beat several times to break nuts, make sure you do not handle too much
- Once the cookie dough is cooled and expanded, remove it from the freezer and add the nut mixture, and spread it quickly and evenly.
- Press down gently roll the granola slightly above the top of the cookie paste and then prepare it to the refrigerator
- Freeze for at least one hour
- When you are ready to serve, remove the whole granola / biscuit from the skillet (with a knife to gently pull the sides of the pan) and cut into thin slices, about 4 "x 2"
- Submit immediately or return to the freezer for later submission. Cold bars must be served so they stay together
