GARLIC BUTTER PIZZA TAQUITOS

These pizza taquitos are a shoo-in during the week! The boys literally devour them. Classic pepperoni pizza toppings rolled in a multi-grain flour tortilla and then baked to crispy melty yumminess! What’s not to love?!

They’re so easy to bake and as easy and delicious as pizza is to eat! We love dipping them in pizza sauce or ranch dressing and serving them alongside a big salad or cut-up veggies for a winner of a dinner!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 tortilla wraps
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Directions

  1. Brush a line of garlic butter onto the tortilla and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella and sprinkle with the chopped pepperoni.
  2. Roll up tightly into a cigar shape and lay on a baking tray.
  3. Brush with normal butter and grill on high, turning over every few minutes, until crisp.
  4. Sprinkle them all with mozzarella and more pepperoni and grill for a further five minutes until the cheese has melted. Eat straight away.
