This recipe should be attributed to my colleague in the crime tonight, who appreciate oatmeal cookies as much as I do.
Next time, we plan to enjoy it with a cup of dark hot chocolate. At the moment, some hot tea will work. It's not really December yet, anyway.
As an additional note, for those of you who are great cake lovers, I recommend investing in a non-stick silicone baking mat to fit the regular baking sheet (affiliate links). I use them to bake cookies, grilled vegetables, fish bread and more, and make cleaning easier without having to grease pan!
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a bowl, combine butter, oil, and vanilla. Mash until butter is soft. Add in sugars and stir to cream them together, and then stir in an egg.
